Our website uses Pardot Services, an analysis tool of salesforce.com, inc, The Landmark, One Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Pardot Services sets a maximum of three cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the use of the website. The cookies which are set are a "Visitor Cookie", an "Opt-In Cookie" and a "Pardot App Session Cookie". An identification number is generated via the "Visitor Cookie", which is used to recognise the browser of the visitor to the website. The identification number is a generated numerical code that has no meaning whatsoever outside of Pardot Services. The "Opt-In Cookie" ensures that no "Visitor Cookie" is set by those visitors who have chosen the "Do Not Track" setting in their browser. We do not use the data collected by Pardot Services to identify natural persons. Similarly, the generated identification numbers are not linked to other personal characteristics.
For the dispatch of the newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, i.e. we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification email and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this email. For online applications we use services of HR4YOU AG (HR4YOU AG, Breitenbacher Str. 12a, 91320 Ebermannstadt). A data processing agreement has been signed with HR4YOU. Personal data processed by our HR4YOU-hosted applicant pages can only be viewed by the anwalt.de employees entrusted with filling the position and responsible for personnel administration. The data will also be used exclusively for the purpose of filling vacancies. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures with regard to staffing.
